The Systems Analyst manages the Midas system; maintaining the integrity of the data. This position is also responsible to support organization-wide change efforts, oversee clinical and financial data collection, analysis and reporting of patient quality and care processes managed by the department. The Analyst assures the data structure of related systems to provide an optimal outcome for data extraction and analysis. The Analyst applies information system functionality to quality management/care management services path of work flow (pre-intervention, intervention, and post-intervention) and administrative support work processes, including the development, start-up, and on-going resource/support coordination of data computer operations and activities relating to the Professional Services department.
